He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowe and Estelle Lowe (Kobylarski); and his sister Larreen Welgus. He is survived by: his wife Molly (Cavan); his daughters, Kathleen Lowe-Gitkos (Jeffrey), Duryea, Aileen Lowe, West and Jacklyn Schiel (Kevin); and his sisters, Diane Laidler (Stanley) and Linda Yencha (Michael). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
