It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Petyak (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew Petyak and Mary Ann Byrnes (Will); his close friends, Debra Kennedy, Kristie Vaccaro (Ron) and Raymond Kennedy (Jill); and his grandchildren, Karlie, Keira, Kali Kennedy, Baxter, Lucy and Moe.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any animal shelter in Jack's Memory.
