He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Duffy and Florence Duffy (Stapleton); his wife Kay; and his siblings, Mary, Robert, George and Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Tom (Beth), Joe (Martha), Jim (Pat) and Tracy; his brother Frank; his grandchildren, Lisa, John, Amy, Joe, Jack and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Katie, Michael, Tommy and Charlie.
