He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Dougherty and Verna Heck Dougherty. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Dougherty of Tunkhannock; his nieces, Cheryl Migatz, Susan Rogers and Nicole St; his nephew Thomas St; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kevin, Edward, Meredith and Elizabeth.
