He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowlands and Dorothy Davis Rowlands; and his brother Robert W. Rowlands. He is survived by: his nephews, Rob Rowlands (Maggie) and Brian Rowlands; his niece Carla Puscavage; his sister-in-law Leah Rowlands; his close friend Sallie Price; and his cousin David L. Davis (Virginia). He is also survived by 7 great-nieces and nephews.
