John C. Tomchik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2023, at the age of 84, John C. Tomchik (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Tomchik and Marion Tomchik (Richards); his brother Thomas Tomchik; and his children-in-law, Lisa Tomchik and Christopher Sennett.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tomchik (Eckert); his children, John Tomchik, Jr., Kingston, Kim Herb (Rick), Gary Tomchik (Laura), Lori Bliss and Dr. Jayme Tomchik (Mindy) of Chesapeake, VA; and his sister Antoinette Kostrab of Agoura Hills, CA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
Memorial donations if desired may be made to the Henry Cancer Center at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, 1000 E. Mountain Drive, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 in Jack's memory.
