He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Boylan and Nancy Boylan (Walsh); and his daughter Melissa. He is survived by: his children, Miriam (Nick) and John Boylan (Mary Jo); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jack Kapelan and Isabella Boylan; his siblings, Gene Boylan (Mary) of Wilkes-Barre, Ann Boylan of Wilkes-Barre, Mary Beth Boylan (Rose Bachman) of Wilkes-Barre, Patricia Boylan of Wilkes-Barre, Kathleen Boylan of Wilkes-Barre, Erin Walker (Paul), Brian Boylan (Kristine) and Lake; and also, Bridget, Molly Boylan, Brooke and Casey Walker.
