He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Klinesmith and Vivian Klinesmith (Cron); his father-in-law Joseph Dougher; his nephew Joseph Gerard Pugh; and his sister-in-law Eileen Dougher Shalata (Michael).
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his children, Amy Kackenfels (Eric) of Wilkes-Barre, Joy Fuller (Rocky) of Wilkes-Barre and Jeffrey Klinesmith Jr. of Wilkes-Barre; his grandsons, Donald Jr., Brandon and Logan; his sister Gale Evans (James) of Wilkes-Barre; and his sister-in-law Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
