He was predeceased by: his parent John Rosser; and his aunt Godmother of Bettie Sullivan. He is survived by: his parent Jeanne Rosser (Sullivan); his children, Justin Rosser of Wilkes Barre and Jennifer Thompson; his husband Brad; his daughter Katherine of Dallas; his siblings, John Rosser of Virginia and Marian Bouchard of Gettysburg; his aunt Mary Nulton of Dallas; and also Britni Edgington of Wilkes Barre. He is also survived by nephew, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, the SPCA of Luzerne County, or a preferred charity.
