He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ratchford and Theresa Ratchford (Renfer); and his sister Coleen Ratchford. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca, Lillian Ratchford and David Ratchford; the mother of his children Crystal Fussner; and his siblings, Marie (Kenneth Hoover), Kathy Sudol, Dupont and Robert Ratchford. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews and cousins.
