He is survived by: his parent Frieda Mazur Kellar; his wife Patricia Burns Kellar; his daughter Christine Kellar (Tina) of Plains; his brothers-in-law, Richard Burns (Susan) and Donald Burns; and his nephews, David Burns, John Burns, William Burns, Brian Burns, Mark Burns and Sean Burns.
