He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert G. Dunn and Rosemary Dunn (Kelly); his brother William "Billy" Dunn; and his cousins, Mollie Murphy and Kadeshia Fazzina.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dietterick; his children, Rachel E. Dunn and James J. Dunn, Jr. of Hanover Twp; his stepson David L. Reader; his grandchildren, Milanna, Hazel and Hunter; his brothers, Col. Albert G. Dunn, Jr., Leesburg, Michael E. Dunn and R. N. (Andrew Buleza); and his pets, Mollie and Mazie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, restrictions have been put in place. Those attending the visitation and/or Funeral Mass, please follow the practice of social distancing and masks are required at the church.
