It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James F. Kelly (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 1, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Kelly and Dorothy Kelly; his brother Tommy; his daughter Lizann of Pittston; and his siblings, Jack (Pat) of Virginia, Patricia and Dorothy of Philadelphia. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
