He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Flannery; and his sibling Jean Flannery McAndrew. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Fenimore Flannery; his siblings, Thomas McAndrew and Patricia Flannery Yanora (Marjorie); his children, Karen Flannery Kuehner (Edward), Thomas (Carrie Scavone Flannery), Diane Flannery and God Mausoleum; and also, Ashley, Mountaintop and Wilkes Barre. He is also survived by his children, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Nicholas Church.
