Isabelle S. Meizanis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, at the age of 88, Isabelle S. Meizanis of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Isabelle S. Meizanis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Wysocki and Jennie Piechota Wysocki; her husband James Robert Meizanis; her son Robert; and her siblings, Edmund Wysocki, Stanley Wysocki, Irene Michaels, Regina Franckowiak and Alfreda Suchocki.
She is survived by: her sons, Deacon James Meizanis (Lynn) and Paul Meizanis (Marla) of Gray, GA; her grandson James Meizanis, Jr. (Christina) of Fairfax, VA; her son Joshua Meizanis (Ida) of Gaithersburg, MD; her granddaughter Jennifer Meizanis of Gray, GA; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Meizanis, Benjamin Meizanis, Miles Meizanis and Alexander Meizanis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish Immaculate Conception Church (605 Luzerne Ave, West Pittston, PA 18643). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Social Concerns Fund, Corpus Christi Parish, 605 Luzerne Ave., West Pittston, PA 18643.
