She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kasaba and Catherine Kasaba (Makiewicz); her husband Donald Pachucki, Sr.; and her sister Joan Chismar. She is survived by: her sons, Donald Pachucki, Jr. (Helen) and Joseph Pachucki; and her siblings, Raymond Kasaba (Plains), Bernadine "Debbie" Hughes (Robert), Jenny Kasaba and Plains. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
