He is survived by: his parents, Steven Curtis and Sara Curtis (Thomas); his wife Joann Holdrum; his children, Ethan, Kylee and Emmalin; his siblings, Angel Raymond, Elise Thuer and Jariel Curtis; his stepmother Tonya Curtis; his stepsiblings, Taylor Stehle and Torin Stehle; his niece Trinity Wassel; and his parents-in-law, Christine Fulton and Ronald Holdrum.

Due to the Covid 19 Outbreak, Private Services will be held and a public memorial service will be held at a later date.
