It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helene Loftus of Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helene Loftus to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph White and Helen Furgo White; her husband Charles; and her sisters, Alice White, Dolores Petro and Louise Meyers.
She is survived by: her significant other Charlie; her children, Linda (Robert Desciak), Mary Ellen (Carl Konetski) and Ashley; her grandchildren, Atty Jamie (Atty Michael Zogby), NJ, Dr. Matthew Desciak (Laura), Dallas, Dr. Michael Desciak (Sarah) and Dr. Dina (Konetski); and her great grandchildren, Julia, Allison Desciak, Charles, Ellery, Margot Zogby, Aurora Konetski and Madison Becker. She is also survived by her two children, five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
The Mass is open to the public observing Covid 19 guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Helene's name to Blue Chip Farm Animal Refuge, 974 Lockville Rd, Dallas, Pa 18612.
