She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Jarmolowski and Emily Jarmolowski; her siblings, Sophie Piekara, Anthony, Stanley, Frank, Chester, Joseph, Leo, John and Edward Jarmolowski; and her son-in-law James Cross.

She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Kulesza; her children, Joseph A. Kulesza (Beverly) and Joanne Cross; her grandchildren, Jimmy Cross (Sarah) of Austin, TX, Joseph R. Kulesza (Nicole Evans), Jason Cross, Brittany E. Kulesza and Exeter; and her great grandchild Maddie Evans. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice in Helen's memory.
