He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Czajkowski and Harriet Jamilkowski Czajkowski; his wife Margaret Ann Lane Czajkowski; and his brother Robert Czajkowski. He is survived by: his sons, George Czajkowski (Kimberly) and Geoffrey Czajkowski (Linda); his grandchildren, Jackson and Jillian Czajkowski; his siblings, Charles King (Marie) and Carol Daru (George); and his sister-in-law Victoria Czajkowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
