He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Patla and Mary Patla; his wife Eileen Schoonover; and his sisters, Cecelia Campbell and Mary Ann Selman.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Jr., Michael, David and Rebeccah; and his grandchildren, Adriana, Myah, Leah, Andrew and Myranda. He is also survived by his cousins, in laws, nieces, and nephews.
