It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank McRae (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 20, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy McRae and Amanda McRae. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rosa S. McRae; and his nieces, Anitra McRae Betts (Charles) of Kennesaw, GA and Stephanie Dawkins of Greensboro, NC.
