He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Koslosky and Helen Dubaskas Koslosky. He is survived by: his pets, Fudge and Cloe; his wife Peggy Quinn Koslosky; his children, Jessica Jones (Jeffrey), Plains, Calynn Mulvey (Michael), Pringle and Justin Koslosky; his grandchildren, Kaiden, Kyleigh Wilde and Ainsley Jones; and his sister Martha Pius (Chet). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
