He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. LoRusso and Margaret Rose LoRusso (Carango); and his brother Richard LoRusso, Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ann Tabino; his children, Frank LoRusso (Heather) of Townsend, DE, Margaret May (Michael), Brenda Tabino (Joyce Tabino) of Wilkes-Barre and Jason Tabino of Wilkes-Barre; his grandchildren, Frank W., Alynda, Cody, Justin, Conner, Logan, Nurizi and Omari; his sister-in-law Eileen LoRusso; his nephews, Richard LoRusso Jr. and Jeff LoRusso; and his niece Danielle Franklin.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Corcoran Funeral Home, Inc. (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
