He was predeceased by: his wife Carol C. Aigeldinger Rowe; his brother Tommy Rowe; his grandsons, Steven Rowe and Billy Scarborough; and his great grandchild River Swiatek.
He is survived by: his children, Francis Rowe (Debra) of Centerville, GA, James (Ginger) of Silvara, PA, Daniel (Pamela) of Wilkes-Barre, Carolyn Belz (Bruce) of Alvarado, TX and Sharon Scarborough (Cody) of Wyalusing; his sister-in-law Marcella of Meshoppen; and his sister May Ahlbrandt of Dimmock. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
