He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gustinucci and Elizabeth Gustinucci (Passeri); his wife Gilda Fabbrini; and his siblings, Joseph Gustinucci, Vilma Fabbrini and Jennie Georgetti.
He is survived by: his sons, Ernest Gustinucci of Gibson, PA, Dennis Gustinucci (Carol) of Bear Creek and Lee Gustinucci (Mary) of Bear Creek; his grandchildren, Lee, Ryan, Amanda, Ernest, David, William and Stacey; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Elizabeth, Lindsey, Joey and Avery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
