With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Fasulka (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 6, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kelly and Ellen Gilligan Kelly; her daughter Denise; and her siblings, Mary Bloomer, Agnes Lyons, Alice Kelly, Ann Guzzo, James, Joseph, Paul, Richard, Michael and John Kelly.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen Fasulka; and her children, Patrice Gallagher, Stephen Fasulka (Sarah), Carrie Ann Fasulka, Christian Fasulka (Nicole) and Allison Fasulka. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; sister, Sr. Ellen Kelly, RSM.; nieces and nephews.
