She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kortis and Mary Kortis; her husband Malcolm Stevens; and her siblings, Olga Yakowski, Sonia Wegrzynowicz, Dorothy Welgus, Louis, John, Joseph and Steven Kortis.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hoeffner (George), Anthony (Leslie) and Mark (Roseann); her sisters, Elizabeth Hughes and Mary Machulskis; her grandchildren, Todd Hoeffner (Katie), Ryan Hoeffner (Maria), Joel Hoeffner (Jennifer), Virginia, Joshua Stevens (Bobby Leigh), Jennifer Stevens, Zachary Stevens and Plains; and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Alexander, Gavin, Hudson, Macabe, Vivian and Isaac.
