She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Blazejewski and Regina Blazejewski (Klinges); her brother Edward J. Blazejewski, Jr.; and her nephew Edward J. Blazejewski, III. She is survived by: her nieces, Sandra Frantz (Bernard Frantz), Plains, Mary Ellen Blazejewski and Hanover Twp; her great-nephew Dr. Bernard E. Frantz (Susan); her nieces, Wendy Frantz, Bernie, Hope, Arden and Wynne; and her cousin Charles Hampel.
