He is survived by: his children, Amber Hook (William Keil) of White Haven, Taunya Hook (Russ Schake) of Hanover Township, Charles Hook of White Haven and Cori Hook of Wapwallopen; and his brother Dale Hook of Jim Thorpe. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
