He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Sr. Mainolfi and Frieda Fino Mainolfi; his great grandchild Sophia Mainolfi; and his siblings, Furtunata Galella, Mary Dargiewicz and Joseph Mainolfi.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Evanich Mainolfi; his children, Donna Mainolfi, Debra Goldowski (Christopher) and Dominick Mainolfi III (Jane); his grandchildren, Paige, Vanessa Good, Hayley Goldowski, Dominick Mainolfi IV and Derick Mainolfi; his great grandchild Kolton Mainolfi; and his sister Roseann Mainolfi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
