She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Zukowski and Ethel Zukowski (Marszalek); her husband Joseph Kasulanis; her daughter Connie Scott; and her brothers, Felix and Walter Zukowski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine McAnally (Robert), Susan Ebert (David), Parsons, Wilkes-Barre and Donna Parry (Gene). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
