She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Spak and Jenny Spak (Kalinowski); and her husband Cyril B.. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian, Lindsey, Zaine and Azariah Baloga; her siblings, Daniel Spak (Carol) of Tobyhanna, Miss Bernadine Spak and Carol Frankovich; her brother-in-law Joseph Baloga (Sally) of North Wilkes; and also Vincent C. Baloga (Jennifer) of Freeland. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, neighbors and dear friends.
