He is survived by: his wife Carol Ferenchick; his son David Kelley, Jr. (Wendy); his grandchildren, Brandon and Brooke Kelley; and his siblings, Alberta Knapik of Jacksonville, FL and William Kelley.

David fought a long battle with early-onset Alzheimer's disease.
