He is survived by: his grandmother Donna Zimmerman; his stepgrandmother Joyce Pitner of Maryville, TN; his parents, David Swainbank (Cindy) and Maggi Zimmerman Tattersall (Dan); his brother Cody; his aunts and uncles, Cherri, John (Debbie), Donny (Donna), Edward (Kim) and Richard; his stepsiblings, Danielle Katbi (Talal) and Nick Tattersall (Kelsey); his nieces, Bianca Tattersall and Ava Tattersall; his nephew JJ Tattersall; and his close friends, Jerry Crossin, Mike Merrick and Donny Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation or the American Kidney Foundation.
