He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Monick and Elaine Seacrist Monick (Pat). He is survived by: his siblings, Teri Bardoutsos (Anthony), Kathleen Hughes (Jerry) and John C. Monick Jr. (Brenda); and his stepchildren, Justin Vetrini (Erica) and Brittany Rooney (Sean). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
