He was predeceased by: his parents, Fitzhugh Halstead and Lena Halstead (Robotham); and his sister Marjorie Halstead. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Halstead (Allen); his children, Gregory O and Nicole N. Halstead (Wilkes Barre Twp); his brother Neville Halstead; and his grandchildren, Jayden, Karina, Yessenia and Stephanie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
