She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard J. McDade and Frances Kittle McDade; her husband Charles W. Evans; her siblings, Bernard W. "Mickey" McDade, Michael B. McDade and Ruth A. McDade Gipp; and her sons-in-law, James R. Loughrey and David B. Panaway.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Frances Evans Loughrey of Wilkes-Barre, Maura Evans of Wilkes-Barre and Jill S. Evans Panaway of Wilkes-Barre; her grandchildren, Claire L. Panaway, David, Daniel and Donald Panaway; her sister Carol L. McDade Geluso; and her goddaughter Melody McDade. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
