He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Claire Blackwell (Moo); his great-aunt Roberta Thompson (Bopshe); his great-grandaunt Clementine Lyons (Teen); his grandparents, Donald Blackwell, Cas and Mary Lou Vermac; and his uncle Paul Vermac, Sr. (Crue).
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Vermac, Sr. and Mary Jane Blackwell Vermac; his sister Belle; his aunts and uncles, Cathy Martin, Debbie Gratalo, Diane Van Luvender, Stephen Vermac and Tommy Vermac; his cousins, Julie Mulea and Sara Hargadon Michaels; his godparents, Susan Price Kon and Marty McGlynn; and also Avoca.
Left behind to forever mourn his passing are his father, Charles Vermac, Sr., who was Charlie's physical strength when he had none; his mother, Mary Jane Blackwell Vermac, who was his voice when he could not speak for himself; and, his sister, Belle, who was his champion, sacrificing so much to keep him safe during the pandemic.
