He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L., Sr. and Beverly Laird (Avery). He is survived by: his siblings, Eleanor Stere, Steven Brown, Kenneth Brown, Donald Laird, Clara Ann Laird and Lisa Kobal; his daughter Crystal Miller of Williamsport; his granddaughter Aria Feigles; and his siblings, Michelle R. Laird of Bloomsburg, Eugene "Pete" Keeler (Barbara) of Bloomsburg and Sherri Cheon of Bloomsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
