He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Butler and Grace Chiumento Butler; and his sisters, Geraldine Insalaco and Sarah. He is survived by: his significant other Ann Kwak; his brother Gerald (Joan, family: Smithsburg); and his brother-in-law William Blazes Sr.. He is also survived by family.
