Casimer Bacewicz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Casimer Bacewicz in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Stella Bennett; his wife Ann Stempleski; and his son Mark S. Bacewicz. He is survived by: his daughter Christine Cholewa (Leonard); his daughter-in-law Sharon Bacewicz; his grandchildren, Jennifer Wren (Mark), Alexandra Cholewa (Badou Sanyang), Nicholas Cholewa (Melissa Armitage) and Isabella Bacewicz; his sisters, Natalia Smith, Camilia Matrunich (Ronald), Veronica Ciuferri (David) and Gloria Hartman (William); and also Bethann Hoffman. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Those attending the visitation, we ask that you be brief when paying your respects, please follow the practice of social distancing, and masks are required at all times at the church.
Memorial donations may be made to The Plains Lions Club in Mark's memory.
