With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol (Maier) A. Bucknavage (Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 24, 2022 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Maier; and her husband Dan. She is survived by: her daughters, Leah Ciolkosz (Tim) of Hanover, MA and Jessica Bucknavage (Courtney Shafer) of High Point, NC.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bucknavage, Benjamin and Samantha Ciolkosz; her great grandchild Caleb Bucknavage; and her sisters, Cathy (Paul Gates), Centermoreland, Marylou (Jim Shaeffer), Margaret (John Rogers), Plains and Ellen (Gary Watkins Wilkes-Barre). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and best friends who she also considered her family.
