He is survived by: his children, Carlton Jr. (Patricia), Ray (Carolyn), Stephen (Sue), Jill and Mary; his grandson Alexander Garrett; his siblings, Roger Garrett (Doris), Madeline Bronson and Gwen Garrett; and his sister-in-law Martha Chattam.
