He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gayoski and Verna Gayoski; his wife Rita; his siblings, Evelyn Krzywicki, Frank and Robert Gayoski; his son-in-law Robert Smith (Bubba); and his grandson Robert Smith (Bobby).
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Smith and Bernie Gayoski (Michele); his grandchildren, Donna, Michael Smith, Jason and Joseph Gayoski; his sister-in-law Florence Pawlowski; and his pet Luke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
