She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Munley and Catherine Munley; her husband David M Cooney; and her brothers, James J. Munley and John P. Munley of Wilkes Barre, PA..
She is survived by: her children, David M Cooney (Marian), Joseph F Cooney (Kathy) and Barbara A Boese; her grandchildren, Katherine, Keira, Sarah, Kyle and Grace Anne; and her sister Kathleen Klinges. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
