She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Panek and Josephine Wasik Panek. She is survived by: her children, Barbara of Wilkes-Barre, Bonnie Gurdock of Wilkes-Barre, Walter III (Margaret) and Joseph (Beverly); her grandchildren, Desiree Gurdock of Wilkes-Barre, Joshua Gurdock of Wilkes-Barre and Emilie Gurdock of Wilkes-Barre; and her brother Martin J. Panek (Ethel). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
