She is survived by: her husband James Thomas Collum Sr.; her children, James Thomas Collum Jr. (April), Jean Marie Temarantz and Plains; her grandchildren, Brandon Adkins, Ian Temarantz and Ashton Temarantz; her great grandchild Brian Dunlap; and her sisters, Judith Baker, Gloria Jean Chase and JoAnne Thomas (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
