She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Censullo and Arual Censullo; her husband Ronald Birk, Sr.; her son Stephen Birk; her grandchildren, Ronald Birk III and Manda Eckrote Birk; and her sister Marlene Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Manfre (Eugene) of Wilkes-Barre and Ronald Birk Jr. (Valery); her grandchildren, Loriann Conahan (Eric), Mark Manfre (Stacey), Nicole Manfre (Ryan Brown), Megan Birk, Christian, Zachery Birk and Autumn; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Luke Conahan, Landon Birk, Kaysen, Kennedy Brown, Tucker and Lonie Eckrote. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
