He was predeceased by: his parents, Domonick Condusta and Mary Pachushka Condusta; his wife Mary Buck Condusta; his son Dominic A. Condusta; his grandson Jerome Prawdzik Jr.; and his siblings, Frank, Michael, Samuel Condusta, Mary Vincenti, Rose Rafalko, Angie Barnes and Catherine Condusta.
He is survived by: his sister Josephine Condusta; his children, Linda Condusta, Brenda Pavill (Martin), Chase, James Condusta (Janet) and Patricia Survilla (Joseph); his grandchildren, Christina Prawdzik, Joseph Prawdzik (Jill), Dominic Condusta Jr. (Danielle), Dennis Condusta (Arielle), Hunter Condusta, Amie Survilla Alberico (Donald), Anthony Survilla and Ashley Pavill; and his great grandchildren, Vada Lazaro, Damian Lazaro, Joseph Prawdik Jr., Ezra Condusta, Sloane Condusta, Charlie Condusta and Caitlyn Rose Blaine.
